I am receiving Education Maintenance Allowance or Adult Learning Grant at the highest rate (£30 per week in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, £20 per week in England)

You will need to attach a copy of the Notice of Entitlement from the agency that pays your EMA or ALG.

Someone in my family (with whom I live) is receiving Income Support or income-based Jobseeker's Allowance or Employment and Support Allowance, and the benefit includes an element to help meet my needs.

You will need to attach a copy of a recent letter from the agency that pays your IS or JSA confirming the payment and showing how it was calculated. If the letter is not addressed to you you will also need to provide evidence that you live at the same address as the addressee, and as part of the same family.

I live in the EU (outside the UK) and receive an equivalent state benefit in another EU country.

You will need to attach a copy of a recent letter from the agency that pays your benefit, confirming your entitlement. You will also need to attach an account of what the benefit is and why it is paid. See here for more information about what qualifies as an 'equivalent state benefit'.

I confirm my entitlement under the criteria listed above and upload the required supporting documentation. I understand that, if I am assessed as eligible for a bursary, my bursary will be paid by voucher. I understand that the voucher will be delivered to me by email at the email address shown above and that it is my responsibility to ensure that the email address is working. I understand that on receipt of the emailed voucher I must return to this website to book an LNAT sitting at an EU test centre. I understand that bursaries cannot be used for test bookings at centres outside the EU. I understand that each bursary is valid for one LNAT booking only and that the same conditions regarding cancellation and rebooking apply to this booking as to all other LNAT bookings. I understand that if I breach or ignore these conditions and lose my booking I will not be entitled to another bursary to cover the cost of rebooking. I understand that assessment of this application and delivery of my email voucher may take up to ten working days from receipt. I understand that copy documentation will not be returned.
