About LNAT
The National Admissions Test for Law (LNAT) helps universities to make fairer choices by helping them to learn more about their applicants and their aptitude for studying law.
Developed in 2004, the LNAT is now seen by many of the UK’s top universities as an essential part of their undergraduate law admissions process.
The test measures verbal reasoning skills and is used alongside standard methods of selection, such as A Level results (or their global equivalent), university applications and admissions interviews, to give a more accurate and rounded impression of the student’s abilities.
